The state government of Uttar Pradesh has granted approval to Phase-2 of the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA)’s Master Plan 2031, unlocking large-scale urban, industrial, residential and commercial development along the Yamuna Expressway corridor.

YEIDA’s notified area now covers a total of 3,352 sq km across six districts — including both earlier (Phase I) and newly added zones.
